Hi, I’m Nadia

I’m a wife, a mum and a human (to a spirited black labrador, and an unusual rescue cat).
I bring over 15 years of experience in the admin space, spanning insurance underwriting and broking, construction, retail, customer service, and small business management. Along the way, I’ve developed a strong eye for detail, a love of organisation, and a knack for creating systems that actually work in real life - not just on paper.
I’ve been fortunate to work across a variety of industries and environments, gaining a wide skill set that allows me to adapt quickly and support business owners in a way that feels seamless. I’m intuitive, creative and I especially love working with clients in the health and wellness space, where people care deeply about their work but don’t always want to spend their time buried in admin.
The Virtual Edition was created for business owners who feel overwhelmed by emails, systems, and their ever-growing to-do list. For those who hate spreadsheets, avoid their inbox, and wade through messy desktops.
My goal is simple: to take the pressure off, bring organisation and clarity behind the scenes, and become your go-to support person when things feel messy. I help you get organised, get unstuck, and get back to focusing on what you do best.

    • Review and sign client agreement & complete the client Intake form

    • Have a chat to align on workflows, priorities, and business needs

  • Work is delivered in focused time blocks, with a clear summary after each block outlining what’s been completed and what the next steps are.

  • You’ll receive consistent updates, so nothing slips through the cracks and expectations stay aligned.
    Meetings are flexible and built around you — weekly, monthly, or as needed.

  • I work across a range of reliable, industry-standard tools to keep your business organised, efficient, and running smoothly. I am tech-confident, and quick to adapt and learn. I am happy to discuss working within your existing systems.
    For a fully embedded experience, I can operate as part of your team with an internal email address.

    Packages are fully customisable to support one or multiple businesses.
